GPG Member’s Teamed up with Whitby YHA during the Whitby Goth Weekend Saturday 1st November 2025
GPG was kindly invited back to Whitby Youth Hostel Association at the Abbey again, for the Whitby Goth Weekend Event. The club members once again captured some great images throughout Saturday 1st November 2025. Some of the resulting images have been printed and are now displayed in the café area of the YHA. Check out the WGWPhotos+ Facebook page for more images from the GPG club members who attended the event across the weekend.
The GPG ‘Gallery of Prints’ will be on show until 11th December 2025.

CLUB PORTRAIT NIGHT
Thursday 9th October was our first of two club ‘Portrait Night’ with three lighting setups for our members to do some practical camera work & hone their Portraiture skills.
A big thanks to all our models who kindly & patiently posed for us on the night, much appreciated.

GPG continue to support the ‘Guisborough Theatre Group’ (amateur dramatic group), including recently attending another dress rehearsal to capture the show & its stars. The GTC members always show their appreciation, they visited & posed for a recent GPG Portrait night once again. In conclusion GPG members get to practice with their cameras & Guisborough Theatre Group receive a collection of great images.

We would love to hear from you or why not pop along & pay us a visit. We meet on Thursday evenings at 7.30pm during our season which runs from September to the end of May. The meetings are held at the Guisborough Methodist Church Hall, pleasant surroundings with a large lecture room and free car parking out the front of the hall on Westgate.
