Preview of the next couple of weeks at the club:
Thursday 18th ‘Portrait Night’ Our members night to learn & practice portrait skills. Flash & daylight lighting set-ups along with volunteer models make a great interactive night for all.
Thursday 25th April ‘Before & After’ with Bill Hepple. Bill edits members images based on the recommendations given by our competition judges, do you think the judges where right or wrong?
Time pending – Additional presentations on various photography skills provided by our club members Brian Collett & Bob Norton.
Thursday 2nd May ‘Lecture’ By John Webster, come along & enjoy Johns talk on ‘Light & Inspiration’.
Thursday 9th May ‘Presentation Night’ – It’s our club’s ‘end of season presentation night’, this year it’s being held at Guisborough Cricket Club. Everyone is welcome (Including family & Friends) to come along to our social evening, the club bar will be open too. Please see Aileen for your tickets as soon as possible, £5 per person including buffet.

Following an invitation GPG have recently visited ‘Guisborough Theatre Company’ (amateur dramatic group) . . . . . Members of GPG took photos of their ‘Dracula a Comedy of Terrors’ dress rehearsal at their venue.
The GTC group where so happy with the provided photos they helped our club out when some of their members returned their appreciation, they visited & posed for a recent GPG Portrait night. In conclusion GPG members get to practice with their cameras & Guisborough Theatre Company receive a collection of great images.

We would love to hear from you or why not pop along & pay us a visit. We meet on Thursday evenings at 7.30pm during our season which runs from September to the end of May. The meetings are held at the Guisborough Methodist Church Hall, pleasant surroundings with a large lecture room and free car parking out the front of the hall on Westgate.
