The Northern Counties Photographic Federation will be holding its Club Competition judging in Mid-February 2026. We have not received our club invitation yet; it typically arrives the second week of December. The competition entries close Mid-January 2026. Unfortunately, that leaves the Christmas & New Year period to collect, select, organise & submit our club’s 40 entry images.
In light of the tight time frame, we are requesting club members to submit their best Prints & PDI’s as soon as possible, so we can get ahead with the processing of our club entries before we break for the Christmas & New Year holidays.
Please bring prints to our club nights (a print box will be provided) & send PDI’s to the club webmaster (Steve Gray) at webmasters.gpg@gmail.com
Print & PDI File sizes as per our club internal Competitions. All file must clearly indicate 1) Authors name, Club membership number, Title of image & competition it is entered for i.e. Print or PDI. Email transfer is preferred as WeTransfer’s currently expire after 3 days.

Closing date for entries will be on or around 11th January 2026
Live judging & results presentation will be at Claravale Village Hall, Tyne & Wear, around Mid February 2026.
20 Prints are required – No more than 4 images per author, a minimum 5 colour & a minimum 5 B&W and no more than 5 natural history (nature) images allowed.
20 PDI’s are required – No more than 4 images per author, no more than 5 natural history (nature) images allowed.
